This website, australiansafeharbour.com.au, is operated by Your Business Angels Pty Ltd (ABN 81 086 738 687), registered in Victoria, Australia (VIC 3134).
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
We only collect what you give us, plus basic technical data:
- Enquiry form. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and the message you write. These fields are submitted only when you choose to send the form.
- Technical data. The IP address the request came from, recorded with your enquiry so we can identify abuse of the form.
- Analytics. If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, referring site, and device or browser type.
We do not ask for financial account details, tax file numbers, or identity documents through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation about your position.
- To contact you about the matters you raised with us.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To detect and block automated abuse of the enquiry form.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for third-party marketing.

Cookies and consent
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them. When you make a choice, we record it in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded. You can clear your browser storage at any time to reset the choice.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted. This website does not maintain its own database of enquiries — your submission is delivered to us by email and stored in our business systems.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
